Hero Balthazar spirit and retribution - Guild Wars Forums

How come Balthazar spirit and retribution doesn't work when equipped by heroes? I was outside of rata sum in riven earth and when it's cast it quickly disappears?

It was in HM by the way

Disable it (shift click the skill icon) - then manually cast it on the desired target.
